WELCOME to the Harrison-Clarksburg Health Department’s (HCHD) website. The HCHD employs approximately 20 experienced public health professionals dedicated to promoting the public’s physical and environmental well-being. The Health Department consists of four comprehensive programs: Public Health Nursing Services, Public Health Environmental Services, Community Health Promotion, and Emergency Preparedness. This broad array of services and educational information is accessible and available to all residents. The HCHD strives to promote a healthy and environmentally safe community through prevention, awareness, and education.
