Seasonal Influenza (Flu)

Flu activity is increasing nationally. Additional increases are expected in the coming weeks. If you have not gotten your flu vaccination yet this season, you should get one now. A flu vaccine is the first and best way to protect yourself and the people around you from influenza and its potentially serious complications.

Other ways to protect yourself from the flu are cover your cough or sneeze, frequent hand washing especially before touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Also, if you are ill with flu like symptoms, fever, cough, body aches, and sometimes diarrhea or vomiting, stay home.
